For the purpose of good stewardship CenterPoint has chosen to move forward on our project in sustainable bite-size steps as funds are available. It would be wise to complete the foundation before winter. The estimated total cost for this step is $700K. We have one matching grant of $125K, so whatever you send now will be doubled. Our goal is to raise $320K in additional funds in the next eight weeks. We invite you to new levels of generosity. Not equal gifts per household but equal sacrifice. As you pray, don’t be surprised if the Lord prompts you to increase your original amount. I’ve found the initial amount that pops into my head is usually just the starting point God uses to get me thinking. But the final amount has always been a greater stretch of my faith.

If you’ve never tried tithing the full first 10% of your income, why not start by tithing today? If you’re not tithing, you’re missing God’s blessing (Malachi 3:8-11, Proverbs 3:5-10, etc.). Giving to the Daring Faith Campaign should be above your tithe.
