“Finding Your Unique Ministry”

At CenterPoint, we believe that everyone has a great purpose in life, designed by God. Our desire is to help others find that purpose in a relationship that honors God and serves our community. No one is an accident and everyone has a unique place in God’s plan. After completion of Membership Link, every member of CenterPoint, is encouraged to take part in, or lead a ministry. If there is no ministry that fits your unique S.H.A.P.E. within CenterPoint’s 5 purposes, we will create one for you! Our Ministry Pastor, Jim Pyette, and the Ministry team is about helping you find your distinctive place of significance, while serving others in the body with the vast and wonderful gifts He has given you.

 

The ACAT Ministry Team is responsible for communications, the website, office operations, all our signs & publications, the bulletins, presentation resources, data base management, etc.

First Serve Opportunity

Some of the opportunities that exist are reception and information, filing, bulletin assembly, publication creation, etc.

Who is the very first person you meet when coming to CenterPoint? The Usher/Greeter team is a critical component to the "family feel" of our church. This incredible and loving team performs functions like greeting at the doors, taking offering, helping people find good seats, monitoring security in hallways and getting parents when needed.

First Serve Opportunities

A Usher/Greeter team First-Serve is fun, easy, and exciting. You will be paired with another great member of this team to assist you in the normal functions of this ministry. First-Serve in Usher/Greeter is fun and puts you in touch with many new people that attend CenterPoint.

The Tech Team is a group of people that are passionate about connecting creative technical solutions to real ministry needs with enthusiasm and excellence! The Tech Team helps all ministries of CenterPoint through computer, sound reinforcement, lighting arts and video projection, support maintenance, advice,  troubleshooting and opperation.

The props are an essential part to a successful weekend gathering.  If you love searching for elusive items and have fun researching this is a great opportunity for you! Join our Creative Team too.

This dedicated team makes it possible to have the amazing gatherings that we experience weekly. They play a major behind-the-scenes role in the success of CenterPoint.  This team is a dedicated group of people that show up early and stay late for the main event (Sunday gathering) or other outreaches.  This team has a blast serving God unloading and setting up equipment, props, decor etc... that creates an environment where lives are transformed through God's power.

The Maintenance Team keeps equipment and fixtures in good repair with routine maintenance.   They create a safe, efficient and accessible environment that enhances every ministry of CenterPoint.

A dedicated and incredibly important part of many aspects of our church. The food preparation and service team goes the extra-mile to bring you great meals, convenience, and pleasure through their gifts and talents. You will see food ministry all over the church! Look around at almost any corporate event, they'll be there.

The Prayer Team is a ministry with fantastic opportunities for prayer warriors! This ministry staffs the weekend gathering prayer team for one on one prayer with those who request it and respond with intersession for the pray chain requests that are e-mailed to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it   or submitted on a card at our weekend gatherings.
